We want you to be completely satisfied with Bliizo. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund.
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are available for:
- Initial subscription purchases (within 14 days).
- Technical issues that prevent you from using the service, which we are unable to resolve.
- Accidental duplicate charges.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Renewal charges after the initial 14-day period.
- Services that have been fully utilized during the billing period.
- Partial months of service (if you cancel mid-month).
4. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard settings. Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made.
5. How to Request a Refund

- Your account email address.
- The date of the transaction.
- The reason for the refund request.
6. Processing Refunds
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
